Souris Glenwood Parks and Recreation is seeking a dedicated and reliable Facility Operator to join our team!Duties and Responsibilities:
About the Role:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Facility Operator ensures the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of:
• Souris Glenwood Memorial Complex
• Victoria Park
• Souris Glenwood Pool
• North End Skate Park
• Other municipally-owned buildings, parks, green spaces, and sports fields
Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends on rotation, based on facility hours of operation.
Minimum Requirements:
This position involves skilled and semi-skilled custodial, operational, and maintenance work to keep our facilities and equipment in excellent condition. We’re looking for someone who is:
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Positive and team-oriented
• Customer-service focused
• Willing to learn and help others get the job done
