Important Cemetery Information
Permission must be obtained before anything can be buried, or permanently placed at the gravesite. Please contact the Municipality for additional information.
In the interest of the over-all appearance of the Cemetery, no person shall without the permission of the Cemetery Board remove, break or alter any tree, plant or other object.
Visitors are welcome seven days a week between dawn & dusk. Parents/Guardians will be responsible for the conduct of their children on the cemetery grounds.
Cars and other vehicles shall be driven with care, restricted to the driveway and to a maximum speed limit of 20 km/hr. Off-road vehicles, ATV’s, snowmobiles, etc. are not permitted.
Any person who disturbs the quiet and good order of the Cemetery by noise or improper conduct, or who violates any provision of these regulations, will be expelled from the Cemetery; and may be subject to further charges or expenses.
Sales, transfers, receipts, deeds, arrangements for interments, etc.; and general relations with the public will be provided through the Municipality of Souris-Glenwood.
