- Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED
- Wednesday: 11am – 5pm
- Thursday: 2pm - 8pm

Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31)
- Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED

Open to residents and ratepayers of Souris-Glenwood only. All others that require waste disposal should contact their local Municipal Corporations.
- All Contractors or Commercial construction material must be disposed of at Municipal Waste Management Regional Landfill, located 5 miles north on PTH#250 1.5 miles east. The landfill is restricted to commercial traffic only
- You must report to the attendant upon arrival for complete instructions prior to disposal of any items
- Please be respectful of the rules of the transfer site. The municipalities take great pride in compliance of all environmental rules and regulations and in operating a safe transfer site for their residents
- Recycling is strongly encouraged in our community
- Recycling can now be dropped off at the Waste Transfer Site during business hours (see below for hours of operation).

The following items are accepted for recycling:
- Newspaper
- Flyers
- Telephone Books
- Magazines
- Catalogues
- Boxboard / Cardboard – Please flatten
- Aluminum Cans
- Steel/Tin Cans
- Glass Jars/Bottles
- PET plastic (pop bottles)
- HDPE plastic (milk jugs)
- 4, 5 & 7 plastic (polystyrene)
- Juice & Milk Cartons
- Electronic Equipment (TVs, VCRs, Radios, etc)
Smaller items can be put curbside, separate from other recycling materials. Larger items must be taken to the depot drop off.
- Recycling can now be dropped off at the Waste Transfer Site during business hours (see below for hours of operation).

Looking for information regarding your trash and recycling pick-up?!
Head to www.mwmenviro.ca and scroll down till you find our ReCollect tool titled NEVER MISS A CURBSIDE PICK-UP AGAIN!
Click on MY SCHEDULE. Enter your complete address, including North, South, East, or West, into the Search bar.
The current month schedule will pop up. Here you have the option to set up service reminders via Email, Phone Call, Text Message, or adding to your online calendar by clicking Get a reminder!
You can also click Get a calendar where you have the option to add your pick-up schedule to your Google, iCal, or Microsoft Outlook calendar OR click Print a Calendar to print a 12, 6, or 1 month calendar.
By clicking on WHAT BIN DOES IT GO IN? you can type in an item and it will tell you how to dispose of it. (This is currently in the process of being set up for the town of Souris and will be available soon!)
NEED HELP? is where you can click to report any issues you may be having such as a missed pickup, a damaged cart, cancelling or modifying reminders, unable to search your address or reporting any other problem not listed. These reports are sent directly to our Administrative Staff and promptly taken care of. You can always give us a call at 204-483-3986 as well!
