Sign up for Connect
The Municipality is moving to a new alerting system called Connect. This program offers features that will make it easier to communicate important information to residents.
Please take a moment to sign up so we can reach you quickly if there is an event such as a watermain break, a fire, or any other situation requiring fast notification to the affected area. You can also choose to receive federal and provincial emergency alerts.
Connect will be our preferred method of communication during emergency situations. There are a few ways to enroll:
· Complete the online registration form: https://sourismanitoba.notify.catalisgov.ca/Pubs_v2/register.aspx
· Visit our website: https://sourismanitoba.com/ and click “Register for Connect” (top of the Home Page in the brown ribbon) to view the Mass Notification information page and register.
· In person: come to the Civic Centre on May 12 and May 14 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and a staff member will assist you with sign-up.
Notifications can be received on landlines, cell phones, text and email. You choose the form that works best for you.
