Position Objectives:
The Municipality of Souris-Glenwood is seeking a motivated individual interested in building a career in municipal water and wastewater operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work under certified operators while learning the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities, distribution systems, and collection systems. The Municipality will support approved training, courses, exam fees, and certification-related costs.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's Licence, mechanical aptitude, dependability, safety awareness, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn. Class 3A or higher and related experience are assets.
